3 Reasons Why We’re Excited for Marketo’s New Interactive Webinars Feature

Marketo Interactive WebinarsIn May, Adobe Marketo Engage announced Interactive Webinars. This new feature, powered by Adobe Connect, lets you create, promote, launch, and view results of a webinar or event all in Marketo. And because all your event marketing data will be housed in Marketo, it eliminates the need for other tools.

Here’s why we’re excited about the Interactive Webinars feature:

  1. User Friendly: Because all of your webinar and event data and setup will be in Marketo, you won’t need to learn multiple tools. By staying “in-house” throughout the entire build, event, and reporting, you’re able to zone in on one tool rather than two or three. This is great for users of all skill levels, who will be able to quickly learn and enjoy the process of creating and building events within Marketo.
  2. Cost Efficient: Integrating multiple platforms with Marketo can get expensive. With Interactive Webinars, there’s no longer a need for pricey webinar integrations.
  3. Deeper Reporting: Getting analytics for your webinars and events is important—so important that Marketo announced they’ll also be expanding their reporting with the new Interactive Webinars feature. Marketo users will be able to use this new reporting within smart lists and while building out nurture campaigns. This is a feature we’re really excited about.

To make it easier to get started, Interactive Webinars will include custom templates. New tools will also include polls, questions and answers, chatting, web links, downloads, and reactions, which all help increase engagement and other key metrics. And in the admin tab, you’ll be able to decide which users in your instance can create Interactive Webinars.

Adobe Marketo Engage hasn’t officially announced when Interactive Webinars will roll out. However, there’s a Limited Access Program for a select number of Marketo users going on right now. Below are three different packages for the Limited Access Program:

  1. Select Package: 12 webinars with 500 participants
  2. Prime Package: Unlimited webinars with 1000 participants, with no time overlap or concurrency.
  3. Ultimate Package: Unlimited webinars with 1000 participants, with a single time overlap and one time concurrency.
