Austin Spence has a decade of experience working in operations—increasing organizational efficiencies, optimizing systems, and building out tools for project management, performance management, business analytics, and data management. After discovering the power of marketing automation, he decided to focus his efforts on using these tools – along with principles from marketing psychology – to help companies optimize, batch, and systemize their infrastructure to save time, energy, and money.

Austin has a passion for learning, and is always making new plans to implement cutting-edge technology and research into the workplace to increase organizational effectiveness through data-driven science.

Prior to joining Definitive Results, Austin has worked in a plethora of different realms: international travel, humanitarian not-for-profits, marketing research Firms, start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurial ventures/family businesses, and even a martial arts academy.
