The DC Eloqua User Group ventured to Crystal City for our January session. It was a great session, hearing from two strong Eloqua customers. Bloomberg BNA educated the group about their methodical, well-evaluated journey with lead nurturing. From creating the campaigns in 2015 through the A/B testing of performance they are taking on in 2017, they have set a great example for how to tackle an Eloqua feature in a successful way and to establish a solid foundation of automated communication to their clients and prospects.
Next, Sean Gearhart, from DecisionHealth, presented his Unconventional Eloqua Tips & Tricks. Included in these were a process to regulate the emails new names to their database receive, a re-engagement campaign and a way to manage ‘one-time use’ purchased lists.
