David Silva has an unusual path to Marketing Automation. He pursued and received a Master’s in Physics from Penn State University. After a few years at an Engineering firm, he made a career change by moving into working with Marketing Automation software and has never looked back!

David is an expert in both Eloqua and Salesforce and has worked extensively on the integration between the two. He has also played a key role in a number of data migrations from a variety of disparate platforms to Eloqua and SFDC as well as setting up reporting from various BI databases (e.g. Domo).

Prior to joining Definitive Results, David has held roles in both Marketing and IT at companies including CenturyLink, and Informa. This allows him to deal very effectively with issues that front-end users experience. He enjoys problem solving…searching and resolving the technical issues that drive other people crazy!
